I waited a month to make sure it works before leaving this review. Am extremely happy to report that yes! It works! Just like others have said, I was also skeptical about this product. I have searched far and wide for something to work and stop my scalp from itching and sprinkling dandruff. After first use, I noticed it reduced the dry areas above my bangs and the dandruff started on the second day, whereas before it would start immediately after shower. After third use, the dandruff stopped completely and the itching became bareable. My process: I wet my hair all over, pour about two quarter size of the shampoo on my hand and then lather only all over my scalp area. I massage the scalp for about a minute and leave it on for another two minutes and rinse. Then I use regular shampoo for the bottom part of my hair (it helps cover up the smell, though the smell is not that bad) and rinse. Then condition as normal. Wash with it every other day for first week then reduced to only two times a week (Monday then Friday). The bottle size is huge for the price you pay. I hope it last me a few months. Either way, I'm happy that it works and will continue to use this product.

This shampoo is very helpful to me at the moment. My scalp is oily, itchy, dandruff and red, because I used the wrong shampoo before, but this shampoo really helped me. As for the hair growth, it has no effect. I don't know. I think that hair loss is the internal cause of the body. It is not enough to rely on a single hair drop, but I will stick to it and the other is not very good. The effect is good. I also bought another hair extension stick, which is eaten every day. You all pretty well know what this shampoo does, how well it works, etc., so I’m not going to regurgitate all that stuff in this review. We know it’s great, yammer yammer yammer 😉. What I will tell you is how surprised I was when I got the box and pulled out what seemed to me to be an enormous bottle especially given the price I paid for it. I’ve gone into my local pharmacy and paid more for a bottle half the size of the one I’m holding in my hand right now. Even the cut rate box store that’s in every town across this great nation of ours can’t compete with the price on the shampoo. I honestly poured some into my hand just to check and see if it had been watered down (you know like your teen kids do when they raid yours or someone else’s liquor cabinet when your not home. This all in the hope you won’t noticed that your liquor tastes like you grabbed an unwashed shot glass and used it to get a drink of water.) Well enough rambling here. If u use it, like it, if it does the job you need it to, buy it, if you want the best price for the amount you get, buy it here from Amazon. Best price vs quantity I’ve found.

I have had seborrheic dermatitis for most of my life and I have spent tons of money on prescription shampoos from dermatologists but I always had those disgusting scales on my scalp. Nothing helped me. Then my sister recommended T/Gel to me saying that it might help me and since I started using it my scalp has been clean, not even a spot of dandruff. 10/10 would recommend, I'm sorry for not knowing about it earlier. I would be lost without it.

If you have psoriasis or eczema on your scalp, this is what my dermantologist recommended and it works.
This was recommended to me by my dermatologist because I was diagnosed with Lichen Planus a sort of psoriasis like rash on my scalp. Since using this, my scalp has begun clearing up with no more scabs that catch in my comb and bleed.

You will stink
Smells a little like a cheap dog flea shampoo mixed with a coal mine and made in a barn and tested on horses hair. BUT this is the softest my hair has ever felt and my head finally got instant relief. Not going to go in for a romp with the hubs tonight because I smell like the backside of a yeti. Once a week at the most is how much I'll be using this bad boy. Oh and probably a good idea to lights some candles, wash with some better smelling shampoo and conditioner after wards and then roll in a field of mint because YOU WILL STINK. It's just the price you pay for this amazing stuff.

Oh what a feeling of joy after 2 years having the constant itch
After giving birth to my daughter, my scalp started having itchy problem and lots of dandruff. I have used different types of shampoo and Dr. Rx shampoo but nothing worked. This product I found at a drug store was one of those desperate times hoping to stop the itch. I felt the difference right after the first shampoo. My scalp was clean and relieved. Oh what a feeling of joy after 2 years having the constant itch! I have been using this shampoo in the last 2 years and I am happy with no itchy scalp.

Like many of the other 5 star reviews here, after two uses and less than a week my psoriasis covered scalp has almost completely disappeared. The red sores are almost gone, and I have no flakes or dandruff anymore. Smell is a little weird but I'll take it.

This is MAGICAL! It works like a charm!
I had pretty bad itch and scabs on my lower scalp that I was always picking it. It first occurred maybe almost two years ago, first just the size of an under the skin pimple, but then it spread. These smell like straight chemical. I started using it on the lower half of my scalp while still using regular shampoo on my top half. It has worked amazingly! It also helped that I've been resisting scratching my head more often too. If you cooperate with the product, the product cooperates with you!

I've had really bad psoriasis on my scalp and always had to deal with the itching and peeling skin. I purchased this product and within my first use it cleared it right up completely. I was shocked but very very happy about the results. I use this twice a week along with a dove conditioner. I read many reviews complaining about the smell but it honestly is not bothersome to me. It is a medicated product so of course it is going to have a smell. Great product. Magic in a bottle.
