Bánh rán nhân dừa caramel là món tráng miệng truyền thống vô cùng thơm ngon đến từ Thái Lan. Bánh được kết hợp từ hai loại bột quen thuộc, cùng với lớp nhân mềm dẻo đậm vị dừa, thơm vị caramen, thích hợp nhâm nhi cùng trà những lúc rảnh rỗi.
Bày sẵn các nguyên liệu cần thiết gồm: dừa nạo, đường thốt nốt, nước hoa nhài và muối ăn. Đổ nước hoa nhài vào nồi đặt trên bếp. Đổ đường thốt nốt vào nồi đun cùng.
Khuấy đều cho đường tan chảy hoàn toàn, có màu nâu thì đổ thêm muối vào. Đổ bát dừa nạo vào nồi đường, trộn đều và đun lửa vừa phải, khi đường quyện lẫn với dừa tạo thành phần nhân bánh sền sệt. Nặn dừa sên đường thành các viên nhỏ để vào đĩa.
Đổ bột mì, bột nếp lẫn vào nhau và trộn đều. Đập trứng gà đổ vào bát bột, thêm chút muối rồi dùng tay trộn đều. Đổ mật ong vào bát bột và nhào 10-15 phút đến khi bột dẻo, không dính tay. Ủ bột trong 2 tiếng.
Nặn bột thành các viên tròn, cán mỏng, đặt nhân dừa vào trong rồi bọc kín lại. Xếp 5 viên bánh lại với nhau tạo thành hình bông hoa. Rắc mè lên trên. Thả bánh vào chảo dầu nóng, chiên đến khi chín vàng thì vớt ra để ráo dầu.
Xếp bánh vào đĩa, ta đã có món bánh rán dừa caramel thơm ngon, hấp dẫn để thưởng thức.
