Thịt bò chiên trứng với miếng thị bò tẩm ướp ngấm sốt, lăn qua lớp bột rồi những vào chén trứng, chiên chín đều. Khi ăn có thể chấm cùng sốt pha chế riêng rất ngon miệng.
Thịt bò rửa sạch, thái thành những lát mỏng, khổ thịt lớn một chút và để thật ráo nước. Tỏi bóc vỏ băm thật nhỏ. Trứng gà đập ra bát đánh tan. Trong tô lớn trộn đều 180ml nước tương, 150g đường, tỏi băm và 120ml nước vào bát rồi dùng đũa khuấy đều cho đường tan hoàn toàn. Sau đó, lần lượt nhúng từng miếng thịt bò vào bát nước sốt, chú ý phải nhúng ngập thật kỹ lưỡng để thịt được thấm gia vị nhé!
Nhúng xong nước sốt, nhanh chóng lăn miếng thịt đó vào bát bột mì, lăn đều cả hai mặt cho bột phủ kín là được. Cuối cùng là một lượt trứng, làm tương tự như vậy cho đến khi hết thịt bò là được.
Cho dầu cải vào chảo đun nóng, cho thịt bò đã những trứng vào chiên chín đều với lửa vừa cho vàng 2 mặt là được. Vớt ra đê ráo dầu.
Trong chén nhỏ trộn đều 80ml nước tương, 1 muỗng canh rượu và 1 muỗng canh tương ớt Hàn quốc để làm nước chấm. Cắt nhỏ thịt cho ra đĩa, chấm cùng sốt mới pha là có thể dùng.
