Bắp cải rửa sạch, xắt sợi. Cà rốt gọt vỏ, xắt sợi. Hành lá xắt nhỏ. Nước sốt: cho 80g sốt mayonnaise, 2 muỗng nước cốt chanh, 1 muỗng bột thì là, 1/2 muỗng muối, 1/4 muỗng ớt bột, 1 muỗng đường vào chén và trộn thật đều. Tiếp theo cho bắp cải, cà rốt, hành lá vào tô lớn, rưới nước sốt vào và trộn thật đều để phần sốt thấm hết vào rau củ là hoàn thành rồi đó.
